1. About This Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between LPU Host ("we", "us", "our") and you ("User", "you", "your"), effective from the date you first access the Site or create an account. It covers all services offered through this website (the "Site"), including free web hosting and related tools (collectively, the "Services").

We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted to the Site. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically. Where practical, we will notify you by email of material changes — so please keep your account email address current.

Hosting infrastructure is powered by iFastNet and its partners, including the MyOwnFreeHost (MOFH) platform. By using our Services, you also agree to comply with iFastNet's acceptable use policies to the extent they apply.

2. Who Can Use This Service

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction; and
• Not be prohibited from receiving the Services under any applicable law.

If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or company, you confirm that you have the authority to legally bind that entity to this Agreement. In that case, "you" refers to that organisation or company.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including actions taken by others you permit to use it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately at admin@lpuverto.xyz.

3. Your Account

Registration

Certain features require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the information provided is false, misleading, or out of date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Account Limits

Each person may hold a maximum of three (3) free hosting accounts. Creating additional accounts beyond this limit is considered abuse and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without notice.

International Data Transfers

Our servers may be located in a different country to you. By using the Services, you consent to your data — including account information — being transferred and processed in those locations.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, hardware issues, third-party infrastructure failures (including those of iFastNet), or events outside our control.

We accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from service unavailability.

Beta and Trial Features

We may occasionally release new features in a preview or beta state ("Trial Services"). By using Trial Services, you accept that:

• They may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change at any time;
• They are not suitable for production or business-critical use;
• We may discontinue them without notice; and
• They are provided strictly "as-is" with no warranties of any kind.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Hosting, distributing, or linking to adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content;
• Content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way;
• Promoting or facilitating terrorism, violence, or unlawful discrimination;
• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or engaging in phishing or social engineering attacks;
• Hosting illegal pharmacies, unlicensed prescription drug stores, or controlled substance marketplaces;
• Operating or promoting gambling services, online casinos, or lottery schemes;
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Violating the privacy or data rights of any individual;
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, rootkits, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious code;
• Uploading standalone executable files such as .exe, .apk, .dmg, .bat, .cmd, .msi, .app, or similar;
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure or the servers of iFastNet or any other provider;
• Impersonating any person, organisation, or brand; and
• Making false or misleading claims about LPU Host or its Services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of your own data. We do not guarantee that account data is backed up, and we accept no liability for data loss.

You may not resell or commercially redistribute the Services without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services — including pricing — at any time and without prior notice.

6. Server Resource Usage

Our hosting is shared infrastructure provided through iFastNet. You agree not to use excessive server resources in a way that degrades service quality for other users. We may monitor resource usage and take action — including account suspension — if usage is deemed excessive at our sole discretion.

Scripts and Applications

Scripts and applications hosted on your account must be designed to serve web pages or perform lightweight web-based tasks. The following are not permitted:

• Using the server as a general-purpose application server or background task runner;
• Sending bulk or automated email from your hosting account;
• Running proxy services, VPNs, or anonymisation tools;
• Running IRC bots, shells, or similar network relay scripts;
• Scripts that manipulate or attempt to bypass server-side timeouts or resource limits;
• Accessing restricted server resources or other accounts on the same server.

All outgoing email must originate from a domain hosted on our platform and comply with anti-spam requirements.

Storage and Bandwidth

Hosting space is provided for the files that make up your active website. You must not use your hosting account to store or distribute large media archives, backup files, software downloads, or any content not directly tied to your website. Password-protected archive files (.zip, .rar, etc.) are not permitted. Streaming media linked directly for download is not permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this Site that is not user-generated — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to LPU Host and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit it for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or publish through the Services ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you confirm that you have the rights to do so and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Services. This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account, though we may retain server copies for a reasonable period thereafter.

Security

You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security measures or access controls on the Site or the Services.

8. Content Monitoring and Account Termination

We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement, applicable law, or the policies of iFastNet or its infrastructure partners.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement;
• Your website causes performance issues for other users on shared infrastructure;
• We receive a valid legal request or abuse report relating to your account; or
• We determine that continued service poses a legal, security, or reputational risk.

Upon termination, we may permanently delete your files and data from our servers.

9. Reserved Rights

We expressly reserve the right to deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account or Service — including domain registrations — at our sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Correcting errors in service provisioning;
• Fraud detection and abuse prevention;
• Compliance with applicable law, court orders, or law enforcement requests;
• Participation in a legitimate dispute resolution process; or
• Protection of LPU Host, its staff, or third parties from legal or reputational harm.

10. Anti-Spam Policy

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for spam. All outgoing traffic is monitored. If we determine that your account is being used to send unsolicited commercial email, bulk messages, or any form of spam, we will suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice.

Spam includes, but is not limited to: unsolicited bulk email (UBE), unsolicited commercial email (UCE), SMS spam, forum or blog comment spam, and mass instant messages sent without prior consent.

Bulk or commercial email may only be sent to recipients who have explicitly opted in. All commercial emails must contain a valid sender address, physical contact address, and a working opt-out mechanism.

11. Intellectual Property Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. To submit a copyright or trademark infringement notice, please email us at admin@lpuverto.xyz with the relevant details. Valid claims will be reviewed and acted upon promptly.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services, including those operated by iFastNet or other partners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Links do not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LPU Host, its officers, staff, agents, and third-party service providers (including iFastNet) from any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Any content you upload, publish, or transmit through the Services;
• Your breach of this Agreement; or
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

16. Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue any Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Where practically possible, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing a Service. It is your responsibility to back up your data and migrate to an alternative provider before any announced end-of-life date. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

17. General

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LPU Host regarding the Services and supersedes all prior understandings.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Successors: This Agreement is binding on both parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
• No Third-Party Rights: Nothing in this Agreement creates rights or benefits for any person not a party to it.
• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by applicable law. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, and waive the right to a jury trial.
• Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
