Privacy Policy
Last Revised: March 12, 2026
At LPU Host, your privacy matters to us. We only collect and process personal data to the extent needed to deliver and improve our services (collectively, the "Services"). Personal data we may handle includes information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- IP address
- Account usernames and identifiers (provided by you or assigned by us)
- Any other data that could directly or indirectly identify you
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have over it. We are committed to being transparent about our practices and giving you meaningful control over your personal data.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data at any time, please reach out to us at admin@lpuverto.xyz. We actively monitor this inbox and will respond promptly.
What Information We Collect
We gather information to provide you with the best possible experience across our Services. A significant portion of what we collect comes directly from you when you:
- Register for an account or sign up for any of our Services (e.g. your name and email address).
- Contact our support team with a question, issue, or request.
- Fill out a form, subscribe to communications, or request resources from us.
- Participate in promotions, surveys, or other activities on our platform.
Beyond what you actively provide, we also collect certain data automatically to keep our Services running reliably and securely:
Account Activity
We record information tied to your use of the Services — such as the hosting accounts you create, support interactions, and changes to your account settings. This helps us manage your account and resolve issues effectively.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors navigate our platform, which features are used most, and to personalise your experience. These technologies also support analytics that help us maintain and improve the quality of our Services. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or third-party tools such as Ghostery or uBlock Origin.
Usage and Technical Data
When you interact with our Services, we automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and error logs. This data helps us diagnose problems, monitor security, and understand how the Services are being used.
Data From Third-Party Sources
In some cases we may receive information about you from third-party sources — such as publicly available databases or analytics partners — which we may combine with data we already hold. We handle any such combined data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We take a minimal-data approach: we collect only what we need and use it only for the purposes described below. Specifically, we process your data to:
- Deliver and manage the Services you have signed up for;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the performance and reliability of our platform;
- Identify, investigate, and resolve security issues, bugs, and errors;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access;
- Generate aggregated, anonymised statistics about how our Services are used;
- Understand how users interact with the Services so we can make them more useful.
Where we rely on aggregated or statistical data for analysis, we ensure it is de-identified wherever possible. However, where such data can still be linked to an individual, we treat it with the same care as directly personal data.
Sharing Your Data With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in limited circumstances and only to the extent necessary:
- With infrastructure and hosting providers needed to deliver the Services;
- With payment processors to handle billing and transactions;
- With analytics and advertising partners acting on our behalf;
- With service providers who assist with communications, customer support, or platform operations.
Any third party that receives your data is bound by data processing agreements and is prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond what we have contracted them for, unless you have given separate consent.
Our Hosting Provider: iFastNet
The free web hosting Services on LPU Host are powered by iFastNet Ltd. To provision and manage your hosting account, we share the following personal data with them:
- Email address
- IP address
iFastNet may also collect personal data independently through your direct use of their hosting infrastructure. For details on how they handle your data, please review iFastNet's Privacy Policy.
Communications From Us
We may send you transactional emails related to your account — such as registration confirmations, password resets, or hosting account updates. These are necessary for the operation of the Services and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
With your consent, we may also send you product updates, tips, or offers we believe may be relevant to you. You can withdraw this consent at any time by adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings or contacting us directly.
If someone else has provided us with your personal data, or if you believe your data has been submitted to us without your knowledge, please contact us at admin@lpuverto.xyz and we will address it promptly.
International Data Transfers
Our servers and those of our infrastructure partners (including iFastNet) may be located in countries outside your own. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers, and your data continues to be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
Legal and Regulatory Disclosures
We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or other third parties if we are legally required to do so, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: respond to valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena); protect the rights, property, or safety of LPU Host, our users, or the public; or prevent or address suspected illegal activity or policy violations.
Where we are permitted to do so, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before disclosing your data as part of any legal process.
Website Analytics
We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our platform — including which pages are visited, how long users stay, what devices and browsers are used, and general geographic regions. This data is used solely to improve the Services and is not linked to identifiable personal profiles.
These analytics services may set persistent cookies in your browser. The data they collect may be stored on servers outside your country of residence and processed in accordance with the respective service provider's privacy policy.
You can opt out of analytics tracking by using browser extensions or privacy tools of your choice.
Interest-Based Advertising
We may display targeted advertisements based on your browsing activity on our platform and elsewhere. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to build a profile of your interests and serve relevant ads. This activity is subject to the privacy policies of those advertising partners.
If you wish to opt out of interest-based advertising, you can do so through your browser settings, or through opt-out tools relevant to your region.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to external websites or services not operated by us, including those of iFastNet and other partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.
Accessing, Updating, or Deleting Your Data
You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. To do so, sign into your account and visit your profile settings, or contact us directly at admin@lpuverto.xyz.
Please note: if the data you wish to delete is required to maintain an active Service (e.g. your email address for account access), we may be unable to fulfil a deletion request until the relevant account or service is closed. We may also be required to retain certain records for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
How We Protect and Retain Your Data
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data during transmission and at rest. This includes encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
We retain your personal data only for as long as it is needed to deliver the Services or for legitimate business, legal, or contractual reasons — including:
- Retention periods required by applicable law or regulation;
- Periods needed to defend or enforce our legal rights; or
- Periods needed to maintain accurate financial and operational records.
For questions about data security or retention, please contact us at admin@lpuverto.xyz.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites as you browse. There is currently no agreed standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Like most online services, we do not currently change our data collection practices in response to DNT signals. You may find more information about DNT at allaboutdnt.com.
Age Restrictions
Our Services are intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with their personal data, please contact us immediately at admin@lpuverto.xyz and we will take steps to remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice — by posting a notice on our platform or by emailing you directly. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
